![]() ![]() I followed him to the front and we all confronted the lady selling tickets (larger Hispanic women with piss poor attitude) and she completed denied selling us tickets to the movie we came to see. What ever answer she gave him caused him to believe that I purchased my ticket much earlier than I had and he then told me that I wasn't getting a refund or a credit and basically that I was trying to screw him. ![]() ![]() Then he radioed the lady working the tickets to see what ticket number they began selling my movie at. Hunger Games had just finished as we arrived. I pleaded my case one more time for a refund (prepared to accept the credit of course) and then he questioned if I had watched the previous movie and tried to stick around to get a freebie. He claimed that since no one else was complaining that he couldn't give me a refund but offered me a credit. I asked for a refund and this was when things got interesting. When I asked the manager to assist, he told me to drive around until it cleared. (Drive ins are poor quality sound but this was extremely bad with lots of static). There was a movie finishing so we stopped at the concession until it finished (5 minutes) then we parked and prepared for the movie to start. Tonight I brought my family of 5 out for a movie and we arrived about 10 minutes early. Apparently this screen also has the best radio reception to listen to the film. We have been fortunate enough in the past that every film we have gone to see was on the biggest screen there. I'll start by saying that I have been here 5 - 10 times in the past with decent experiences (with a family of 5, theaters get pricey and plus the concept of sitting outside and eating your own food is pretty cool). ![]()
